Rules of the 30th STC INTERPORT COMPETITION

The Competition will be hosted by The British Club Bangkok, and will be played over eight rounds of Balut under STC rules. Balut Cups and regulation dice will be provided for the competition to be used by all players.

• All Members' Clubs and Balut groups are invited to join the Competition as long as you play the STC rules of Balut.
• All Club teams shall consist of four players and trophies will be awarded in categories by team, by pair and by individual. Clubs may enter as many teams as they wish.
• The Registration Fee (4,500 Baht) includes cost of competition, welcome reception on the Friday, luncheon, dinner and musical entertainment on the Saturday and an open bar of beers, soft drinks and spirits (including Black Label and Chivas Regal) from 6pm to Late on Friday, and 10.30am to Late on the Saturday. It does not include food and beverage consumed in other Club outlets, the Sunday Carvery nor the cost of the Interport Golf and transportation.
• All participants will be granted Temporary Membership Cards and asked to register a Credit Card. This enables participants to use the Club's facilities on days either side of the Competition. Any food and beverage so consumed or the purchase of cigarettes or souvenirs will be settled on this card after you depart. Obtaining the Temporary Member Card is not compulsory but without it you will be limited to use of the Interport Tournament areas only.
• Advance registration is on Thursday 18th November 2010 - please inform the Organizing Secretary if you wish to use the Club ahead of that time.
• The Rules and Bylaws of The British Club Bangkok must be adhered to at all times. Participants are strongly reminded that the use of Mobile Phones is not permitted in the Churchill Bar or The Verandah, that smoking is restricted to four designated areas, and that gambling is illegal in Thailand.
